But it's not picking that up! Regional settings in the OS of both the SA server
and the web server (in fact every machine concerned) is set to 24hr time.
Equally (see other thread) short date is set to dd/mm/yyyy. But output is
mm/dd/yyyy. Am I missing something obvious?

We use the "LONG DATE" as defined within the OS. (regional settings)
