[SA-list] Keep alive email

Hello All,   I have started using ServersAlive few days back. I am using 5.X enterprise version.   I have configured keepalive to sent mail every 10 minutes using settings in setup, But it is not working. All other alerts are working as well as ‘servers alive started’ and ‘servers alive stopped’ mails are coming in.   Tried adding registry entry KeepAliveTo but still nothing.   Any help appreciated.   Thanks,   Sudhir Damle Sys admin
