The answer immediately is that you use dependencies to make each PDU check dependant on whether or not the Tower check is UP. If this is what you want to do, full instructions are in the user guide. If you're looking for something else, please explain further.

Heres the scenario. Any suggestion would be helpful. I really would like a single page is all of City power drops, not one per PDU. Each Rack 1 PDU(with SNMP Monitoring)208 - Three Phase Power Each PDU 2 Towers – 1 for City Power, 1 for UPS Power( Can be checked independent) Each Tower 3 Phases(Can each be checked individually) Right now I have each phase set to send an email and each tower, and if a ping against the PDU fails. The phases are dependent upon their tower and the tower upon their PDU but that still leaves a page for each PDU if I lose City or UPS power for some reason.
