So each PDU has 2 - 3 phase plugs on it? One connected to each Tower? If you lose City power, does a server go DOWN?

The UPS is rather old and the SNMP monitor for it is not yet working. My Current SAlive Config(Per PDU): PDU Ping Check Sub-Group – Tower A(City) Tower A Leg 1 SNMP Check – Dependent on Ping Check Tower A Leg 2 SNMP Check – Dependent on Ping Check Tower A Leg 3 SNMP Check – Dependent on Ping Check Sub-Group – Tower B(UPS) Tower B Leg 1 SNMP Check – Dependent on Ping Check Tower B Leg 2 SNMP Check – Dependent on Ping Check Tower B Leg 3 SNMP Check – Dependent on Ping Check I do this for each PDU, I will then know if each leg has problems(not a huge issue so I am not pressed but it is what I can do). The problem becomes that I can not check an entire leg. So if power drops then I would get 3 pages from each PDU. I have even thought about grouping all the city and all the UPS but I need a way to pass an alert if a group fails. Does that explain my situation better? Heres the scenario. Any suggestion would be helpful. I really would like a single page is all of City power drops, not one per PDU. Each Rack 1 PDU(with SNMP Monitoring)208 - Three Phase Power Each PDU 2 Towers – 1 for City Power, 1 for UPS Power( Can be checked independent) Each Tower 3 Phases(Can each be checked individually) Right now I have each phase set to send an email and each tower, and if a ping against the PDU fails. The phases are dependent upon their tower and the tower upon their PDU but that still leaves a page for each PDU if I lose City or UPS power for some reason.
