Is there an easier way of changing the alerts without having to open up each
entry and changing the e-mail alerts? I tried to do a global change ("Change
Primary SMTP: Send mail to ...") and it changed all recipient names to the name
I typed in. However, what I really wanted to do is to modify the condition that
a person/group is being alerted for (ie. "when 1 times down" to "when 1 times
down and when back up").
Is there a "copy and paste" feature for editing the alerts? We need to set-up a
"model" alert and once we're satisfied with it, we'd like to replicate it.

If you use auto-responders (like out-of-the-office messages), then make sure
that they are not send to the list nor to the individual members of the list
that send a message. Doing this will get you removed from the list.
