We already have set-up about 400 entries and they are grouped based on geographic location. I was wondering if there would be an easier way of changing the alerts without having to open each entry.

I tried to do a global change ("Change Primary SMTP: Send mail to ...") and it changed all recipient names to the name I typed in. However, what I really wanted to do is to modify the condition that a person/group is being alerted for (ie. "when 1 times down" to "when 1 times down and when back up"). Is there a "copy and paste" feature for editing the alerts? We need to set-up a "model" alert and once we're satisfied with it, we'd like to replicate it.
