I'm having a problem setting up a service check. I've setup dozens of other service checks without a problem but this one has me stumped. The service is for FlexNet Publisher v11.10.1. It's a software licensing server that hands out license tokens for our CAD software.

I've tried the local admin as well as no authentication but nothing seems to work. I'm running SA Ent. v7.0.2505 on a Windows XP Pro SP3 PC.
