Harlequin requires 8 directional scrolling, and I would probably be looking at pixel scrolling vertically, and double pixel scrolling horizontally. It's really a case of tinkering to see what looks best when it's all moving, and what you can get away with! Speed wise, I am aiming for 20-24MHz, it's a 20MHz Z80 part, and if it likes being overclocked to 24 then that would be really nice!
