JR and JP will both be 12T in external memory, which is the same speed as they 
are in internal RAM during the border area.  External RAM gives the same speed 
boost as disabling the display, by avoiding the slow-down when the main screen 
is being drawn.  JP is only faster than JR in ROM code, where the official Z80 
timings apply.

Simon Goodwin's fractal viewer makes use of the extra speed in external RAM.  
Does anything else use it for more than just the extra space?
