Rita, Sorry for the delay. I have been swamped getting ready for a 90 day internship in Redmond with Microsoft. I scanned your address and neither of the ports were open. Check you Linksys router, it should have a configuration for routing specific ports to addresses on your internal network. You want to route all port services you wish to use through to your server that will have Sambar running on it.
Hope that helps! Monsieur Peter, DNS Primary = ## DNS Secondary = ## POP3 Server = pop1.sympatico.ca ## has been corrected I am still facing the same problem. According to Mr Green suggestion, I could verify if port 21 was available. Actually, it is not. I do not know what is using or blocking it. And I do not know (now) how to verify that. I accepted the Mr Green's proposition. But, til now, he has not manifest himself. Thank you again Mr Peter. bientt, Rita ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "sambar List Member" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, June 22, 2004 2:51 PM Subject: [sambar] Grr... ------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe please go to http://www.sambar.ch/list/ ------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe please go to http://www.sambar.ch/list/
