Rita, one other problem you may be having is caused by having a DHCP address
from your ISP. You should really have a static IP if you are going to run
mail, HTTP, FTP etc. on your server. I forgot to ask that in the beginning

sympatico.ca is a Canadian ISP and typically a residential provider. All
those MX records are not Rita's and that IP address is likely not hers
either.
