I've looked all over, and I can't seem to find anywhere that documents what
the SGB field is in mpileup's VCF output (using samtools 0.2.0-rc6). The
header field ("Segregation based metric.") doesn't really shed much light
on it either. Is there a paper or some other source that details what this
value means and how it is calculated?
