Hi. Have xsane installed (it's great) but the following happened:
1st open: Could not detect the scanner upon a network scan.
2nd open: Detected scanner, but then an IO error.
3rd open: Invalid argument
4th open: Invalid argument
5th open: [seems to be stuck on Invalid argument]
So yeah.

Ok thanks. I'm a little hesitant about adding custom repos to my
system but if it breaks again I'll go for it.
Thanks again.

Ok I couldn't figure out how to install any packages from Rolf's
repo/site, but it did remind me to check that I do in fact have
sane/xsane packages installed. For some reason I have Simple Scan but
not those two. Installed them and now it works, super-fast and
efficient, color curves, really cool. Glad it's working. Used Synaptic.
Thanks!

Hi, just introducing myself. 31 yo California, Mike, Linux Ubuntu

Can't for the life of me figure out how to get the scanner on the

but then stops shortly through the scan.
Any help is welcome.
Thank you and Hello!
Hello Mike,
