I guess it has to be:
whose lips filled with charity are like biMba fruits

sadA = always + anoShTha = lipless + biMbaa = female lizard
i.e., she is always a lipless lizard would not be appropriate here (though the lizarda
are without lips ;-)

As per Ambujam Raman's suggestion I have

slightly revised the translation of Shloka 1 as follows.

1

suvakSojakuMbhAM sudhApUrNakuMbhAM

prasAdAvalaMbAM prapuNyAvalaMbAM

sadAsyendubiMbAM sadAnoSThabiMbAM

bhaje shAradAMbAM ajasraM madambAm

suv]aejk<a< suxapU[Rk<a<

sadavl<ba< pu{yavl<ba<,

sdaSyeNib<ba< sdanaeib<ba<

je zarda<ba< Aj< mdMbam!.

With pot-like breasts and a pot full of nectar,

Full of kindness and extreme holiness,

With a moon-disc face and gift giving cherry-fruit lips,

I worship shaaradaambaa, ever my ambaa.
