I found this fairly simple!
Interpret nedaM vada as ' ne daM vada' i.e., in place of 'na' use 'da'. I had
to make minimal changes in your posting to get the following which seems
reasonable.
smR^itvaa maaM hR^idi jaayatetividayaH kravyaadamaatrepi te
bhartaa bhuumisute sadaadR^itaguNaste$topi saukhyaM kutaH .
jaate mayyasudaayake tava sukhaM syaadeva kiM duuyase
kiM re jalpasi durvachaH khalamate bhuuyopi nedaM vada..
smritvaa maam = thinking of me
hridi = in the mind
jaayate = arises
ati vidayaH = great antipathy
kravyaadamaatre api = even in a rakshasa
te bhartaa = your husband
bhuumisute = sitey
sadaa = always
d^RitaguNah = firm qualities
tetopi = te atopi = for you even then
saukhyaM = happiness
kutaH = where
Jaate mayi = when I become
asudaayake = life give up (i.e., dead)
tava sukham = your happiness
syaadeva = will definitely happen
kim duuyase = why do you worry
(Hey Sitey! Your husband is having very firm
good qualitiies. Even he thinking of me a mere rakshasa has great antipathy
towards me. Where is the happiness for you. If I become dead, your happiness
is bound to come. Why worry?)

nedam vada = do not talk this.
Sita's reply has a hidden meaning, which when applied
to Ravana's words give it an opposite meaning.
