The anvaya should be
viShaaNibhiH vikasan dhvaanam saadhane prav^Ritte api aviShaadibhiH
yudhaM aapya vikasat daanaM vav^RiShe

The word for word meaning is:

viShaaNibhiH = By the elephants (viShaaNin = one with a horn and in this 
context Maagha is discussing elephants)
vikasan = erupting
dhvaanam = sound (i.e., sound of warfare)
saadhane = in the army (see Apte dictionary)
prav^Ritte = in engagemnet or in preparation
api = even
aviShaadibhiH = not anxious (i.e., not becoming unruly)
yudhaM aapya = On reaching the battle
vikasat = exuding
daanaM = Ichor or madajalaM
vav^RiShe = poured out

In other words:
The elephants who even in the din and cry of the battle preparations of the 
army were unperturbed, when they entered the battle poured out a shower of 
ichor (due to anger and anxiety).

Do please explain the beauty of the gOmUtrika structure for the benefit of 
the readership. In fact I recommend Saiji to encourage and discuss more of 
Maagha from the rasana and padalaalitvam point of view.
