I am Sai Susarla, the maintainer of this mailing list.
Vikram Santurkar is my friend in the Bay area CA who performs
the translations sarga by sarga and sends them to me.
I have an automated script on the "sanskrit.gde.to" machine that posts his
translations as a dhArAvAhikam to the sanskrit mailing list every other
day.
That's why the "From:" address in the udyogaparvam postings
is "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" - because it is being posted by a script in my name.
Of course, all mails sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will reach me.
(Though this mail is not relevant to our mailing list, I posted a reply
to give people a behind-the-scenes peek at the udyogaparvam mechanics)

Hello all,
I am trying to translate RigVeda 10.111,9. I am having difficulties with this
word _'dhet_
Here is the whole text:
sRjáh síndhuu~r áhinaa jagrasaanáá~ áád íd etááh prá vivijre javéna /
múmukSamaaNaa utá yáá mumucré 'dhéd etáá ná ramante nítiktaah //
the word in question occur in 9d ('dhed etaa na... etc.). I also note an
apparently irregular verb form in 9c _mumucre_ (they were liberated, perf. 3pp)
which is more standardly _mumucire_.
