I have a couple of questions about a name of Suurya:
R^ikaaramaatR^ikaavarNaruupa
or
R^IkaaramaatR^ikaavarNaruupa
which seems to mean something like the One with a form that has the
color of the mother of R^ikaara or R^Ikaara.
1. Which is correct, R^ikaara or R^Ikaara?
2. Who is the mother or R^ikaara or R^Ikaara, and what is her
color?

Further, the Ayurveda recommends that once a week one should consume
SAMMARJANI MEAL i.e a meal consisting of
SOOPA for cleaning up (SAMMARJANA ) the stomach.
