Job Description

We will be upgrading peoplesoft fms and hrms to version 9.2. We are currently 
on version 9.0 fms and 9.1 hrms. The scope of this current project is to help 
us plan for the upgrade.

 

Daily duties / responsibilities:

·         System Architecture Review And Recommendations

·         Business Process Review

·         Fit-Gap Analysis

·         Determine Feasibility Of Additional Modules

·         Create Upgrade Project Scope, Plan And Timeline

·         Determine Additional Staff Augmentation Requirements

·         Assist In Creation Of Rfp For Upgrade Project If Deemed Necessary

 

Current financials products - asset management, eprocurement, general ledger, 
payables, purchasing

Current hrms products - time and labor, absence management, payroll for north 
america, global payroll core, base benefits, workforce administration

Custom modules - student accounting/cash receipting, budgeting

 

The computing environment which supports the current financials 9.0 production 
environment consists of one windows 2008 web server, one windows 2008 
application server, and one windows 2008 database server in a physical 
three-tier configuration. The development/test environment has the same setup. 
All financials 9.0 environments currently are on sql server 2008r2, peopletools 
8.52.10, weblogic 10.3.5, tuxedo 10gr3_vs2008, and crystal reports 12.0.

 

The computing environment which supports the current hcm 9.1 production 
environment consists of one windows 2008 web server, one windows 2008 
application server, and one windows 2008 database server in a physical 
three-tier configuration. The development/test environment has the same setup. 
All hcm 9.1 environments currently are on sql server 2008r2, peopletools 
8.53.15, weblogic 10.3.6, and tuxedo 10gr3_vs2005

 

Required skills (rank in order of importance):

·         -At Least 6 Years Of Experience With Peoplesoft Enterprise Financials 
And Human Resources

·         -Experience Upgrading From Fms 9.0 To Fms 9.2 And Hrms 9.1 To Hrms 9.2

·         -Peopletools 8.55
