Duties & Responsibilites :

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computersystems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades orreplaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user accountinformation including rights, security, and systems groups. Performs basicoperation, monitoring, installation, trouble shooting, relocations, ormaintenance of communications equipment. Identifies and resolves basiccommunications problems. Prepares or assists in the preparation of servicerecord documentation. Shows awareness of standards and regulatory requirementsrelated to assigned tasks.

 

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience ExpertiseRating

Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems;Windows XP and Windows 7 Required 3 Years  

Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook  Required 3 Years  

Ability to use software tools (dameware etc) to remotelyconnect to workstations. Required 3 Years  

Ability to perform software installations, configurationsand troubleshooting hardware and software. Required 3 Years  

Understanding of basic Active Directory functionality suchas account setup, GPO processing, workstations groups, etc.  Required 3 Years  

Demonstrated customer service skills in a large production environmentRequired 3 Years  

Demonstrated trouble-shooting and analytical skills  Required 3 Years  

Demonstrated ability to work independently or with minimalsuper visions  Required 3 Years  

Must have excellent customer support skills Required
