| Duties & Responsibilites : | Support in-house help desk teams by providing the skills listed. Training in Trenton for approx. 1 week and then will be reassigned to location of Tinton Falls. There will be rotating shifts among the team (Shifts will overlap and will be scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm weekdays and 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on Saturdays). Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years field experience Education: 2 year associates degree or equivalent technical study. Skills Required/Desired: Microsoft Desktop/Laptops - required 2 years Basic Networking - required 2 years Upgrades - required 2 years Troubleshooting - required 2 years Required |
