| Duties & Responsibilites : | Job Description:
Work with the Business Unit to establish project requirements.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project work plan.
Escalate issues and concerns to the Program Management Officer.
Coordinate meetings to ensure communications with all project stakeholders.
Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
Work with the selected vendor to establish a Pharmacy and Dental production licensing environment.
Accurately transfer data to a new production environment.
Collaborate with agency's Information Security Officer to ensure secure logical and physical security for the production environment.
Assist in the establishment of production service level agreements for the selected vendor.
Ensure documentation is developed and approved by the business unit and IT for business and operations.
Work with the Program Management Officer to ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans are established.
Required Skill Set:
5+ years Health Care project management experience
5+ years experience as a project manager for projects over $5,000,000
5+ years as a Technical Project Manager with System and Database management knowledge ( SQL Ver 2000, 2005)
3+ years experience working with VISO and MS-Project
5+ years conducting executive level presentations
7+ years vendor management experience
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills |
