| Duties & Responsibilites : | ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge transfer event involving multiple programmers, multiple systems and a diverse set of technical platforms. Strong communication and documentation skills are a must.
2. Specific competencies required:
• High degree of verbal communication skills, both on a technical and personal level.
• Ability to quickly conduct detailed technical analysis of existing documentation to determine gaps and omissions in legacy documentation sets.
• Ability to conduct interviews with technical programming staff to uncover additional clarification.
• Advanced technical writing skills in order to recreate or add clarification to existing technical documentation.
• Ability to read and translate programming code as needed to aid in validation of technical documentation.

- Oracle 11g
- PROGRESS
- Citrix
- COBOL
- Secure FTP
- PL/SQL
- TOAD
- UNIX/Linux Shell Scripts

3. Additional expectations:
• Regular weekly status reports to Management
Technical Expertise:
8+ years of IT is a MUST.
Strong Business Analysis experience in a technical environment.
Experience working in a STATE/Federal experience will be a huge Plus. |
