| Duties & Responsibilites : | Roles:
The business analyst will be involved in all business process reengineering activities, including organizational change management and
communication strategies, stakeholder outreach and communication, facilitation of working teams tasked with analyzing current business
processes and workflow models to identify non-value added tasks in the current environment and to document recommendations for the envisioned environment.
The BA will also be responsible for the development of and analysis of As-Is and To-Be business process/workflow models, and identification of best business practices.
Skills Required:
7 years experience working as the Senior Business Process Analyst on projects on which s/he utilized recognized business process management methodologies.
The experience should include, but not be limited to business process workflow modeling,
As-Is and To-Be process development and gap analysis, best business practice research, and target environment process/workflow definition.
A key function of past roles should be the definition and analysis of current business processes,
in order to design new processes and remodel/improve on existing ones to marry process to strategic vision.
5 years experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach,
including the development of presentations and other outreach materials (not including requirement documentation)
that promote and champion the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment.
4 years experience with facilitation of working teams tasked with analyzing business processes and workflow
models to identify non-value added tasks in the current environment and to document recommendations for the envisioned environment.
4 years experience working on the application of process re-engineering methodologies and organizational change
management strategies used to define and remodel business processes/procedures.
Experience should have been as part of a large scale/enterprise wide Business Process Re-engineering project.
2 years experience with developing and analyzing business process and workflow models utilizing an Enterprise Modeling tool (preferably Provision version 6.24 or later).
