| Duties & Responsibilites : |
The Business Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with the Division of XXX. The Business Analyst role is very critical to the maintenance/enhancement task performed daily and is accountable to the XXX to achieve goals and results.
· Good knowledge in gathering business/user requirements through interaction and research · Ability to prepare business/user requirements document(s) · Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements · A good understanding of project workflow process · Ability to create various analysis models such as business models, process models and workflow models · Ability to interact with various development groups · Ability to maintain and support enterprise application workflow automation · Must have good understanding of software/application development process · Strong knowledge in reporting tools like Excel/Crystal Report/BI · Ability to review current projects and make suggestions on improving delivery. · Ability to recommend, organize, administer and manage staff training with respect to various projects’ objectives · Utilizing existing proper process of documenting/tracking status of various projects under implementation. · Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at the same time · Provide support for project planning, implementation, and training for new application workflows · Learn and apply new technologies and work flow automation as the work assignments demand
Qualifications Must have a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related technical field Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Project/SharePoint Workspace planning tool Must have excellent customer service skills with strong decision making capabilities Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to think on their feet and have strong problem solving skills Self-starter and willing to work on their own Must be self-driven, and have great attitude, and must be a team player Besides academic qualifications, it is essential to have some work experience in business, communications, public relations, information technology or software engineering
