| Duties & Responsibilites : | -OFI is starting a project to reinvest funds to improve technology of operational processes in the administration of SNAP benefits.
-The PMO, DHHS and others determined at a Business Case meeting that there is a need for a project manager to work with business and IT staff to coordinate the activities
-This project is a result of report whereas the state received penalties
required Skills:
-The ability to build strong client relationships and show while still advancing the project work is important.
-The right PM will have experience in a range of PM methodology including the use of agile Project Management.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills are required. Candidates will be asked to provide examples of the past work products.
Required Experience:
-Previous experience managing large vendor implementations which preferably included enterprise financial applications such as accounting, payroll, and human resource systems with components of business process/operation outsourcing
-The PM must be an experienced senior PM with an excellent track record in working with government related agenciesMust have advanced experience in Agile Project Management. Other frameworks of Project Management are acceptable as well, looking for experience working with vendors.
