| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution as well as accountability for all aspects of project delivery.
- The business partner follows the standards, methodologies, polices and processes established through the business partner and Project Management methodology.
- The business partner role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines; business process modeling, project management methodologies, information management, vendor performance, and bank operations.
Required Skills and Education:
- Word
- 6-10 Years of relevant experience in project management. Strong documentation, presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience working with technical staff and business users at all levels of the organization.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Project Office, excel and other project management tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience in the field of computer science or business administration
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Banking operations. Experience in systems analysis, process modeling, process design, suggesting and implementing process improvements.
Certification in Project Management
– Project Management Institute (PMP or CAPM) or others, including but not limited to: International Institute of Learning (APMC), American Academy of Project Management.
- Familiarity with financial services software of systems. Manages the day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. Reviews high level deliverables across projects.
- Minimizes high level scope and risk across projects. Experience with leading and/or managing is preferred
