Duties & Responsibilites :	- Oversees one or more projects. - Develops effort based project schedules and budgets; - Assigns individual responsibilities, and is responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs. - Must have experience with custom application development projects and COTS implementations. - Must have managed multiple projects through the entire lifecycle - Estimating to Implementation. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and hands on experience in SCRUM a plus. - Experience Level: 5+ years - Environment: CA Clarity Portfolio Management, Team Foundation Server (TFS), MS Visio, MS Office Suite.
