| Duties & Responsibilites : | SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
-Ability to develop and maintain ASP.Net web applications
-Ability to develop and maintain Oracle / SQL DB interfacing applications
-Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
-Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
-Ability to provide effective supporting application documentation
-Ability to estimate time and set deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:
-Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
-Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, _javascript_/DHTML, _vbscript_, HTML, XML
-Some experience with front end UI design preferred
-Minimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL Server 2008 / 2008 R2 or newer, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#
-Experience with code management tools and change control processes. Experience with SVN and CA Harvest a plus
-5 - 10 years of actual experience in the workplace
-Self-starter with ability to work independently
-Experience in the financial services industry a plus
Project Information:
-NET C# position
-Create "Score Cards" and deploy them.
-Most of the work is done in the custom in house tools, only part will be C#
-Risk Analysis engine that gauges Risk for customers.
-Most of this work is C#
Technologies & Tools:

-SQL Server (T-SQL, stored Procs)
-IIS 7+
-Financial risk experience is a HUGE plus
Team Dynamics:
1 other development lead
Skills Needed:
-They want someone who is willing to go long term if the funding allows.
-Senior level developer that knows C# and is willing to do middle ware work.
-Someone with strong communication skills and an ability to critically look at a project / requirements.
-Must be able to think on their own and do work without oversight.
