Duties & Responsibilites :

-Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as realtime TPF and data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
-The technical skills include using computer technology to meet the needs of the organization.


Education/Experience
- Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years project/program managment experience required

Responsibility level
-Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor

Skills Required:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and manipulate large amounts of data
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software (Required)
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective completion of airline system projects and programs (Required)
- Knowledge of business and management processes and principles of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods (Typically required)
- Knowledge of computer software, such MS Office, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS Access, Visio, (Required)
- Airline Industry experience and/or knowledge preferrable
- Native Sabre or TPF experience and/or knowedge a definite plus


Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish project/program plans and coordinate and track project/program activity and spend
- Establish and provide support for realtime operations and security access procedure as needed
- Consult with customers. management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
- Provide users with support for realtime system computer access problems
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions
- Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
- Other duties as assigned
