| Duties & Responsibilites : | • PM will oversee Network, Infrastructure, HW, UserID, Avaya, Security migration requirements as well as Scriptmed Migration. • Establish prioritization of projects, work task and process improvement activities. • Manage the daily direction of the team including client resources to meet all program objectives. • Drive projects indepenently with little direction. • Interact, direct, and influence cross-functional teams that span the organization. • Provide quality deliverables. • Execute under accelerated timeframes. • Quickly be able to adapt to change in priorities. Skills and Experience Required: Mandatory Skills: • 10+ years experience with Project Management • Exprience managing Application Migration projects • Pharma/Healthcare industry experience • Self-motivated and decisive. • Have excellent oral and written communication skills. • Possesses strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills. Desired Skills: • Full Lifecyle Application Development • Scriptmed experience and/or other Specialty Mail application solutions |
