| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Guides development teams and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and champions its value. - Coaches teams on utilizing self-organization effectively and in how to fill in intentional gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks. - Steers development through issues, resolves problems that are blocking development and involves resources with necessary skills and experience as needed. - Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests, including reviewing requirements and specifications and testing, support and training - plans to ensure they are aligned with organizational priorities, business plans and objectives. - Develops, prepares, presents and maintains project plans, including staffing requirements, cost estimates, detailed budgets and work breakdown structures and schedules. - Identifies, defines and documents complex business and technical requirements, processes and deliverables. |
