| Duties & Responsibilites : | - Establish the agile & related governance processes for Syntel & our clients.
- Responsible for Coaching, Mentoring, facilitating the agile Project teams.
- Responsible for Team Level, Portfolio level and Organization level assessments for new or existing clients
- Responsible for researching & creating automation and tools for estimation, - Responsible for Prioritization, Planning & tracking of agile iterations
- Define Scaled agile model as per the customer needs
- Manage the Project team of 20-25 people working in agile methodology.
- Responsible for E2E project delivery of assigned agile projects
- Work with the team to design/develop/test/release the project artifacts based on the customer needs
- Responsible for Scrum Backlog prioritization & stakeholder alignment
Experience:
-Should be Certified Scrum Master(CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner(ACP)
- Should have total IT experience of more than 10 years. Java/J2EE experience preferred
- Agile Coaching experience of 3 to 4 years
- Experience working with multi-vendor teams
- Experience on agile tools like Version 1, Greenhopper, Rally or Mingle will be preferred.
- Should be able to guide & mentor the Agile teams in resolving the crisis situations.
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Frameworks
- Should be able to conduct Agile assessments, agile transformation and agile trainings for the customers
- Must be a strategic thinker who can participate in defining the roadmap & Vision for agile transformation
- Proven, strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and informal discussions
- Working experience of more than 2 to 4 years on multiple agile methodologies
- Exposure to projects having multiple release cycles in agile mode
- Monitors/manages team velocity/throughput
