Sorry Mr. Ditmar,
this is not a really valid OpenSoured Answer, this is simply trash.

Either Sap-DB _is_ OpenSource and GPL or it is not.

Perhaps we should really fork the Development:
This promises are missed today:
        - CVS
        - autoconf/automake
        - more Ports

Perhaps SAP should open more to the Linux/OpenSource Community.
