Maybe this is due to different glibc versions. Which ODBC driver did you install on your site? Please try the driver under ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/bin/patch/sapdb-odbc-linux-i386-7.4.3.09a.tgz This was built under glibc 2.2.4.
