I've run into another problem with SAP-DB. We are trying to port a rather large Perl project from Adabas to SAP-DB. But whenever an insert statement uses date or time columns in INTERNAL format it cause an error:
I've checked all the docs but could not find any command to change the default date or time format.DBD::ODBC::db prepare failed: [unixODBC][SAP AG][LIBSQLOD SO][SAP DB]Datetime field overflow;-3048 POS(113) Invalid date format:ISO. (SQL-22008)(DBD: st_prepare/SQLPrepare err=-1)
Our config:
RedHat 7.3
SapDB 7.3.0.29
UnixODBC 2.2.3
DBD::ODBC 0.43
Perl 5.6.1
Is there any chance SAP-DB will take INTERNAL date/time values with Perl??
Thanks for the help,
Arne
