Hi, the archivelog D:\db\HEIDB\baklogs\heidblog.005 is definitely there.. access rights (OS is Win2k) exist for Administrators, SYSTEM and i added "everyone" but this makes no difference. Created medium as below: dbmcli -u dbm,--- -d %2 -c medium_put heidblog "%4\heidblog" FILE AUTO 0 8 YES and started autolog with autolog_on Any ideas? Thanks Nick Mundy
