it would be helpfull to have a look into the knldiag. In most cases the
errors can be solved then. 
Best would be to copy the timeframe into this thread, where you tested
this plus some time in front and afterwards.

BTW, I don't think that Overwrite=YES is really the best solution for
LOG. The database is automatically increasing the files extention so
it's never overwriting a file. I'm currently not really sure if this
combination is allowed nevertheless.
