As said, we have escalated this to SAP, but they claim this is a Legato problem; and
reverse.

Wouldn't it be possible to use DBM_CONFIGSET to redefine USERPROFILE, TMP and/or TEMP
(from the win2000 default of
"%USERPROFILE\Local Settings\Temp" to eg. "C:\Documents and Settings\S01ADM\TMP" ,
like
DBMCLI DBM_CONFIGSET -raw TMP C:\Documents and Settings\S01ADM\TMP
Is this possible ?
