It is not a problem of the database kernel but of the tool Installation Wizard as it didn't handle the mirrored devspaces right. I hope it is fixed in newer versions of the DBMGUI - haven't tested it by now. Please test it again with the newest DBMGUI. Otherwise it has to be fixed. A quick solution then would be to install the DUAL log neverthelesss and switch it afterwards to SINGLE when the installation is complete.
