As of DBMGUI 7.4.03.10 that behaviour is still the same. That "Quick Solution" doesn't work with DBMGUI, as a DUAL log install fails anyway. The "easy" way out is just forget all your settings and do it again from scratch with SINGLE mode. Not major, but annoying.
