I was initially just looking for (or starting) a Hacker / Maker space
and/or group.
however The Bucketworks model DOES seem to fit MY paradigm better.

and Mason's points seem pretty valid.

I initially couldn't afford the permanent 24hr access co-worker but
would definitely fit
in to either of the other 2 categories.

guess it all depends on how much interest there is and
what you want your focus to be on.
