i want to localize your system calendar (date)...
i found "format_date" in "utils.php" file, but i have two problem and one
question...
prob.1:
how can i find which language is selected? is it "$locale"?? is it valid in
"utils.php" page?
prob.2:
there are some direct calls of "date" function in your program (eg
faq/export_textinfo.php) could you/i change them to use "format_date"?
question.1:
could i change "utils.php" on my own and then send it to you?!
