i want to change "format_date" function, and it is in "utils.php"...
i want to develop Jalali (Persian) calendar for your system and i should
change "format_date" function, so i ant to change "utils.php" file...
TRANSLATE is something diffeent from CALENDAR....
i need to change that file, because of calendar, not translating.
