Hi Sebastian,
It seems that we have reached a deadlock. I am not willing to submit my
project under an unspecified and unpublished GPL license and you (the GNU
project ?) is not willing to accept it under the published GPL V2.
This calls for arbitration by a GNUbile.

P.S. I did read the AfferoGPL you mentioned (section 2d) and I was not
impressed. If GPL V3 is up for public comment please point me to the
relevant site.
