ok, about the licence, I NEVER SAID "non-comercial", U TRY TO PUT WORDS IN MY
MOUTH THAT DOEN NOT ARE IN THIS REQUEST
i cited, said that this software are not valid to use on another that its not
GPL, i mean privative OS's of parts, just like GPLv3 said.. but in Venezuelan,
if u do not said EXPLICY that .. people does not follow up that! All the
components and parts must be FOSS or GPL..
About the upload, how can i upload a tarball if i not release any one?! github
work very bad with icecat (gpl browser) and perturbs my work.. so that's why i
need this!
