Follow-up Comment #1:
package.json lacks copyright and licensing notices; the wording in LICENSE
suggests that all files (at least, the images and sounds that have no
licensing notices embedded) are GPLv3-only (Savannah requires GPLv3+
compatibility), and it fails to include any copyright notices for those files.
Could you fix that?
Also, it's recommended to use the full licensing notice in the form provided
in https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html ("This program is free
software: you can redistribute it ... If not, see
<http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.")
