Unfortunately, the formats I use don't support any comments and I can't
include it. But, I can include a notice as data to package.json e.g.
{"_notice": "...
Will it be a real copyright notice?
What about the fullness of the notices, I think that's enough, but if it's
necessary, I'll complete them
