Will it be a real copyright notice?
I think it will; after all, the language of the source code defines the actual
form of comments with notices ("# Copyright..." vs "// Copyright..." vs "{
Copyright... }").
Or you could consider putting it in a separate file like LICENSE, depending on
the typical usage of that file.
What about the fullness of the notices, I think that's enough, but if it's
necessary, I'll complete them
This is not a requirement, this is a recommendation.
