I really understand that concern.

But I saw there is no option of "GPLv1-only" but there is an existed option of
"License: GNU General Public License v2 or later", I think it is also
acceptable.

Actually, all the EROFS file system implementation (all code) is GPLv3+
compatible, except for the Linux kernel header(I cannot decide this).

Anyway, I got the conclusion that any Linux Kernel code currently should not
be hosted at Savannah.
